Galatians 3:28 says, "...for you are all one in Christ Jesus," and that's what Girls United is all about. No matter where you live, how old you are, or what your passions are, you can be part of a global network of girls who are "one in Christ."
Imagine what God can do if we partner together across state lines, generational barriers, economic statuses, and ethnic differences to accomplish a unified purpose. That is the vision of Girls United, and we want you to join the movement.
Each month we will have a monthly focus to help us grow individually in some aspect of our walk but also a corporate challenge to help us collectively demonstrate our commitment to make a difference in our communities.
December's Focus:
Materialism: Combatting a Culture of Selfishness
December's Girls United Challenge:
- SPREAD THE CHEER NIGHT: Christmas is near, and there are tons of things you might want. Instead of letting your heart desire everything that you see on TV and in stores, desire things for other people. Get a group of friends/family together and organize a "Spread the Cheer" night. Be creative and use your art/craft/photography/cooking skills or other talents to bless people locally.
- FEATURE ARTICLES: Check out this month's feature articles on Combatting Materialism.
Join the movement today and share what God is doing in your life. If you and your girls' ministry come up with a means to live out this month's focus area, share your story with us. We can't wait to hear from you about what God is doing through Girls United!
