As the ministry of SAGE continues to expand, the need will continue to grow as well. In an effort to raise up future leaders and meet the increasing demands of our ministry, SAGE is committed to a growth development strategy that provides a healthy and intentional environment for team member acquisition. This strategy is known as "The Esther Project," based on Esther 4:14 which teaches the truth that God appoints people to certain positions in crucial times for His glory.
But before you join our crew, there are a few things you should know first:
- We are a family. We have been there for each other for every season from graduations to baby births. Serving in SAGE is truly a sisterhood like few others ever experience. But as is the case with any family, we have a wide array of personalities, experiences, and talents. To be a part of our family, you must be able to embrace and appreciate differences, address conflict biblically, love unconditionally, and support loyally.
- We work hard. This is no cushy job. You'll experience everything from loading the event supply trailer to taking out the trash after a conference. If sweating, moving big ol' boxes, and breaking nails are not your thing, then SAGE probably isn't either.
- We love ministering to girls. If you are not currently cultivating relationships with the girls in your circle of influence, then start there before jumping on board with us. You need to know without a doubt that girls ministry is your calling, or it will prove far too difficult to make the sacrifices necessary to travel and serve with us.
If you are down with everything you've read so far, then read on...
